To the batch tank, add the water and fluorescent whitening agent.
Assure it is dissolved before adding the sodium hydroxide and DDBSA. If the pH is not more than 7.0, add more sodium hydroxide. Add to the batch tank in the following order: ethyl alcohol, "jortaine" CAB-35, "Jordamide" JT-128, "Jorscour" TR, and "JoRQUEST" 100. Adjust the pH to 9.5-10.5 with sodium hydroxide or citric acid. Add the remaining ingredients. |
