Thoroughly mix all ingredients (except perfume and color) and heat mixture to 176 F (80 C). Cool the mixture to 122 F (50 C) while agitating it rapidly. Add perfume and color as desired; cool rapidly to about 104 F (40 C) with continued agitation; package.
Note: This formulation has high silicone content for maximum protection.
It can be packaged in tubes or jars. |
