| 配制方法： |
Dissolve "Union Carbide" L-45, oleic acid, and pine oil in naphthol mineral spirits with simple agitation. Dissolve morpholine in water. Add with pumice and "Snow Floss" powder slowly to the water-morpholine solution with rapid agitation to make a uniform slurry. Then add the naphthol mineral spirits solution slowly while continuing rapid agitation. To 100 parts of this formulation add triethanolamine lauryl sulfate and "Hyonic" FA-40 and blend thoroughly. Add the 2% "Carbopol" solution and again blend thoroughly.
Concentrate should be packaged in seamless lacquered tin plate cans with standard foam valve, using "Ucon" 12 propellant, 18.5 percent by weight based on total polish weight. |
