Dissolve the silicone oil and oleic acid in the mineral spirits. The "Renex" and morpholine are dissolved in 50 parts of the water with mild agitation. Carefully disperse the "Carbopol" 934 in the remainder of the water. Add the mineral spirits to the "Renex-morpholine solution with good agitation. Lastly, add the "Carbopol" 934 dispersion and stir to uniformity. |
