Heat water to 70 C. Disperse Carbomer 934 and neutralize. Dissolve Lexgard M in propylene glycol and add to Part B. Separately melt contents of Part A together. Slowly add Part A to Part B with agitation.
Mix and cool until the set point is reached, then fill.
Physical Properties: pH---7.0 Visc. (@ 24 C)---18,000 cps Stability after one month---Stable at room temperature at 45 C, and passes 3 freeze/thaw cycles. |
