Disperse the Veegum thoroughly in the water using high-speed agitation. Add remaining ingredients and heat to 80 C. Weigh and heat Part A separately to 80 C. Add Part A to Part B with mixing. Avoid excessive aeration. continue mixing and cool to 40 C. Add Part C.
Continue mixing and cool to 30 C. Pack. |
