| 配制方法： |
Heat 0.5 of the water to 70 C. With stirring, add the glyceryl monostearate and Lonzest STS-20. Add the Carsoquat SDQ-25 which has been preheated to 70 C and continue stirring the mixture for 15-30 min. In a separate vessel, dissolve the potassium chloride in the remainder of the water, heat to 65 C, and add to the rest of the batch. Allow the emulsion to cool slowly to 40 C during agitation. At 40 C more rapid cooling may be applied.
Notes: At 35 C viscosity will increase. Therefore, stirring speed should be adjusted accordingly. pH may be adjusted to desired range with either citric acid or triethanolamine.
