Phase 1: Disperse Part A in 0.5 of Part B heated to 85 C using rapid stirring until all the particles are wetted. Add the remainder of Part B followed by 0.5 of Part C and cool to 35 C.
Phase 2: Combine the remainder of Part C with all of Part D, heat to 70 C with mixing until homogeneous, then cool to 40 C. Then add Phase 2 to Phase 1. Mix well cooling to 25 c to obtain maximum clarity. |
