Add Sipon to water with moderate agitation to obtain a satisfactory solution. In another container prepare a 2% Veegum dispersion in distilled water at 65 C. Use moderate agitation to obtain a smooth, uniform dispersion. After thoroughly agitating the Veegum dispersion, add the required amount of Zinc Omadine to the stirring Veegum dispersion. Add the Veegum-Zinc Omadine dispersion to the batch. Add the remaining ingredients, singly, using moderate agitation to obtain a uniform dispersion before making the next addition.
Note: Running the finished product through a colloid mill at a medium setting will give added product stability. |
