| 配制方法： |
Prepare a wet granulation of griseofulvin. Mix the griseofulvin, lactose, and starch paste and pass through a 14-mesh sieve. Dry the granules in a 60 C oven for 6 h. Collect granules passing through a 20-mesh sieve. Combine griseofulvin granules, "Veegum" F, "Emdex," and "Avicel" PH 101 and mix for 15 min. Add the stearic acid and "Cab-O-Sil" to the mixture and blend for an additional 10 min. Compress.
