Adjust specific gravity of oil mix to 1.01. Follow procedure above to make emulsion.
To make bottling syrup: use 2 fl oz of emulsion and 3 fl oz of 50% citric acid solution in 1 gal of 30 Be sugar syrup.
To make beverages: use 1 oz throw to 1 7 oz bottle or 1.75 oz throw to a 12 oz bottle and fill with carbonated water at 4 volumes of gas. |
