| 配制方法： |
Melt the Carnauba wax and "Ethomeen" C/12 acetate and raise the temperature to 95C. Add boiling water in small increments, thoroughly incorporating each addition with a paddle type stirrer before making the next water addition. A viscous emulsion may form at first, which will thin out as more water is added. After the emulsion has reached the low-viscosity stage, cooler water may be added to complete the dilution if desired.
This emulsion has excellent leveling and dry-bright properties. The dried film has good resistance to water spotting.
Extenders such as shellac, synthetic resins, etc., which are often used, cannot be used in this formula because of the cationic nature of the emulsifiers. |
