Mix surfactants, add H2O2, and blend. Add water and blend.
WARNING: Extreme care is essential in formulating with hydrogen peroxide because rapid release of oxygen can occur under heat or contamination, resulting in explosion of containers. Any composition should be adequately stabilized to avoid danger. |
