| 配制方法： |
(A) Acetophenetidin solution: Add the acetophenetidin to 400 g of boiling deionized water. (B) Cetyl alcohol emulsion: Weight the cetyl alcohol and ARLACEL 165 into a 600 ml beaker; heat to 70CC., add 300 grams of deionized water which has been previously heated to 72C., using mechanical agitation during the addition. (C) Add (B) to (A) with mechanical agitation, using part of the remaining water to make sure all of (B) is rinsed into (A); allow the mixture to cool to room temperature. (D) Add the remaining water, and if necessary, compensate for water lost in boiling, so that total water in formulation is 863.9 ng. (E) Add hydroben peroxide; adjust pH 3.5-4.0 with phosphoric-acid (10% C.P.) The resulting formulation shows excellent peroxide stability at 100C., and remains stable and pourable for at least 6 weeks in storage at 50C.
