| 配制方法： |
1. Disperse the "Carbopol" 934 in water. This can be done best with moderate or high-shear mixing.
2. Neutralize the "Carbopol" 934. In all cases "Carbopol" resins must be neutralized with a base such as sodium or ammonium hydroxide to develop their unique properties. After the acid solution has stood long enough to release air bubbles, neutralize the acid "Carbopol" dispersion to pH 7 to 9 by slowly adding the desired base with mild agitation. This can be done by using from 4.2 to 5.1 pounds of a 10% solution of sodium hydroxide per pound of "Carbopol" resin. A heavy water gel will form.
3. Add the latex to the preneutralized "Carbopol" solution with moderate agitation. It is very important that the latex be added to the preneutralized "Carbopol" solution rather than the reverse. By adding the latex to the preneutralized "Carbopol" gel, uniform dispersion of the gel is insured. The first portion of the latex must be added very slowly.
