Procedure A: Mix 3-4 min in a vertical mixer with a paddle and sheet to 1/8 in. thick. Cut into strips for linguine, or lasagna, or other pasta shapes. Dry pasta. Cook al dente. Procedure B: Mix 3-4 min in pasta machine. Extrude through linguine or lasagna die, or other pasta shapes. Dry pasta. Cook a dente. |
