Premix: Blend all dry ingredients until uniform.
Add 180 g premix into small bowl. Add warm water slowly to the premix while hand stirring with a fork or whip. continue stirring an additional 1-1.5 min until thick and uniformly mixed. (Small syrup crystals will remain but then dissipate in 10-15 min.) Gently fold fresh or thawed frozen fruit into glaze and place mixture into baked pie crust or use as a topping for cheese cake or other desserts. |
