配制方法: Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease 10 in. tube pan with Crisco or margarine. Do not use oil or aerosol shortening spray. Dust greased pan with flour to cover; set aside. Place cake mix, papaya puree, eggs, oil, triple sec and nutmeg (mace) into mixing bowl. Mix on low speed to moisten. Beat 2 min on high speed. Pour into pan. Bake 35-45 min. Cake will be a light golden brown in color; pulled at sides, insert toothpick (cake tester) in center until it comes out clean and dry. Cool cake on cooling rack for 10 min before removing from pan. Store with loosely covered Saran Wrap.
