Melt contents of Part A together. Heat water to 80 C and add SLS and Lexgard M. Slowly add Part B to Part A with thorough mixing or homogenization until the set point is reached.
Note: This emulsion seems to tighten the skin. It can be used as a medicinal cream base or adapted for use as a temporary wrinkle remover.
Physical Properties: pH---6.5 Visc. (@ 24 C)---20,000 cps Stability after 1 month---Stable at room temperature at 45 C and passes 3 freeze/thaw cycles. |
