配制方法: The corn syrup, water, sweetened condensed milk and "Sorbo" (when used) are warmed on a steam bath and then placed in a steamjacketed kettle. The dry ingredients are slowly added with agitation and the batch is brought to 246F. the heat is removed and the fat added. The fondant is added at 203F and thoroughly incorporated, avoiding excessive agitation. The batches are cast into wooden trays lined with silicone paper and allowed to stand for 24 hr. They are then cut, packaged in confectioners cellophane, and stored.
