| 配制方法: |
1. Mix "A" thoroughly. 2. Blend "B" and stirinto "A". 3. Heat to 115F, add "C" and stir. Then heat to 140F. 4. Prepare a 1% stabilizer solution in cold water. Heat "D" to 170F, and add to the 140F mixture. 5. Heat to 160F for 30 minutes to pasteurize. 6. Add flavor, if desired. 7. Homogenize mix at 2,000 and 500 psi through a two stage homogenizer. 8. Cool to 40F. |
