Slowly add Veegum to the water, while agitating at maximum available shear. Continue mixing until smooth. Add propylene glycol with stirring and heat to 70-75 C. Slowly add Vinol 523, mixing until smooth and uniform. Continue mixing until 40 C. Dissolve Hetoxol OL-23 in the alcohol. Add Part B to A and mix until smooth and uniform.
Consistency: Fluid lotion.
Suggested Packaging: Wide mouth jar with applicator brush.
Note: Veegum thickens this formula and allows smooth application without tackiness or stringiness. The mask should be applied with a brush, spreading a thin uniform film on the skin. After approximately 10 min, rinse or peel off. |
