| 配制方法: |
1. Dry mix natural process cocoa, nonfat dry milk solids, and salt. 2. Use a portion of the water and high fructose corn syrup to slurry the dry mixture from Step #1. 3. Use a small amount to dissolve the sodium benzoate and add to batch with agitation. 4. Add remainder of water and high fructose corn syrup. Add regular corn syrup and the coconut oil and bring to a boil. Adjust the solids to 67-68%. Turn off steam, remove product from kettle, and homogenize at 2000-2500 psi. Fill into cans at once. Seal and cool. |
