Heat corn syrup. Heat slowly. Disperse cocoa in water and high fructose corn syrup in separate mixing tank. Add to kettle and heat to boil. Adjust solids to desired level. Add flavor and preservative. Homogenize at 1500 psi and fill immediately. |
