| 配制方法： |
For gray tablet, blend charcoal with corn starch and dry in oven.
For other colors, dissolve dye in 950 ml of water, blend into corn starch, and dry in oven. For all colors: Add colored starch to aspirin, phenacetin, and caffeine. Mix and pass through 30-mesh screen on Fitzpatrick comminuting machine (impact forward). Mix 10 minutes, slug on Stokes D-3 rotary press, and break down through 8-mesh screen on granulator. Add magnesium stearate through 30- to 100-mesh screen, mix well, and compress using 13/32-inch punch and die. Weight of 10 tablets is 72 grains. Batch weight for 100,000 tablets is 102 lbs, 8 oz. |
