| 配制方法： |
Dissolve the preservatives in 75 cc of the water which has been heated to boiling. use 25 cc of this solution, while hot, to wet the methylcellulose. Cool the remainder of the preservative solution, add it to the wet methylcellulose, shake this, and place it in a refrigerator until a clear solution of the methylcellulose is obtained. Add the "Intracaine" hydrochloride (Previously been dissolved in the remaining 25 cc of distilled water) and mix thoroughly. Autoclave for 15 minutes at 121C in 30-cc wide-mouth tightly capped bottles or in an Erlenmeyer flask covered with glassine paper and gauze. Pour into sterile jars. |
