A: Weigh the epoxy resin solution, "Cellosolve" and "Cab-O-Sil" into a stainless steel vessel. Mix with lowspeed high-shear stirring until a smooth paste is obtained. With a Cowles mixer running at 3600 RPM, slowly add the Nytal 300 to the premix of 1. Add the SC 100 solvent to the mixture as needed to facilitate good dispersion. continue high-shear mixing with the Cowles Dissolver after all the ingredients have been added until a 4 Hegman grind is obtained.
B: Mix ingredients thoroughly by power stirring. |
