配制方法： The sintered metal powder seal technique requires several steps to produce the metal-ceramic bond. The first step is to spray or brush onto the ceramic surface a slurry of finely divided metal powders (iron, tungsten, molybdenum, or tantalum) suspended in nitrocellulose lacquer.
This coated ceramic is then sintered in a hydrogen atmosphere between 1200 and 1500C, depending on the materials used. An electroplated layer of nickel or copper is applied to this metal coating. This coated ceramic piece can then be bonded to metal by conventional brazing techniques in a controlled atmosphere furnace.
