| 配制方法： |
Melt the polythylene and heat to 120-125C. Add the Armak chemical followed by glacial acetic acid, where required, while maintaining the temperature between 120 to 125C.
Add the molten polyethylene and surfactants under the surface of hot water, 95-98C, while maintaining vigorous agitation. The molten wax mixture should be introduced at a point above agitator blade and behind the are of rotation. After all the molten wax mixture has been added, cool rapidly while continuing agitation. The mixer should be of such a design that a minimum of air is entrapped. Additional water may have to be added to make up for any losses due to evaporation. |
