Component Mix Ratio 6:1 (by volume) Component I:Component II.
(1) Procedure for Manufacturing Component I Using variable high speed dispersing equipment, complete each following numbered step in order: 1. Mix water at slow speed, slowly add Asbestos 7RF-1, and mix thoroughly.
2. shift to moderate speed agitation, add remaining pigments in order written, and mix thoroughly.
3. Continue moderate speed agitation, add emulsion (see IV-Blg) and mix until a smooth consistency results. |
