Dry blend "Veegum" K and Kelzan and add to the water slowly, agitating continually until smooth. Add B to A gradually. Mix until smooth, then buffer this mixture to a pH of 2.5. Mix components in D until a clear solution is formed. Special care should be taken to avoid incorporation of air. Add D to other components very slowly and mix until uniform. Add E. |
