Water/254
Heat water to 185F., add one-half of the ammonium hydroxide, and
with good agitation add the "Durez" 15546. Temperature should be
maintained at 185-190F. Add the remainder of the ammonium hydroxide and
stir until solution of the "Durez" 15546 is obtained.
The following are the polish proportions
"Resyn" 78-3021 (35% solids)/100
Water/133
Oleic Acid/6
"A-C" Polyethylene Emulsion/629
"Durez" 15546 Resin/30
Ammonium Hydroxide (28%)/5

Melt wax, resin and oleic acid with agitation until all the resin is dissolved. Cool to 257F. Add morpholine and hold at 257F. Add wax mixture at 257F. to water heated to 203F. with agitation. Agitate while cooling to room temperature.
Add 70-80 parts of the wax emulsion to 30-20 parts of the leveling solution.* *Leveling Solution.
