| 配制方法： |
Add Stearic Acid, Pale Oil, Hard Tallow Residue and Petrolatum in mixer. Heat to 160F. Turn mixer on and add half of the Double Ground Tripoli Rose. Add 100 gallons of hot water and the Triton X-100. Blend in the Once Ground Tripoli Rose, the balance of Double Ground Tripoli Rose and the hot water (approximately 60 gallons of the total water).
Add the AC-66 Calcined Alumina. Maintain temperature at 160F and mix for 20 to 30 minutes. Mixture should be smooth. Mix Triethanolamine and remaining balance of (cold) water. While mixing, reduce heat and cool to 130F. Pull mixture in drums and let cool.
NOTE: Add 5% Dowacide in hot weather to keep down bacteria. |
