Melt Part A in a steam-jacketed kettle to 200 F. When 200 F is reached, add Part B to A with agitation. In a separate jacketed kettle, heat the water phase to 200 F with agitation and disperse Part C. After both phases have reached 200 F, add the water to the wax maintaining a minimum temperature of 190 F. When fully mixed, add Part E slowly. Cool to 140 F and package. |
