Heat components of Part A to 90 C (194 F). Add Part B slowly. Heat water to 90 C (194 F) and add abrasives to form uniform slurry. Add Part C to Parts A/B and agitate until uniform. Add Part D slowly and continue mixing until mix starts to thicken. Pour into chilled container.
Circulating cool air across container and paste surface will aid solidification. pH of paste should be neutral or slightly acidic.
Application: Apply a thin, even coat with a damp cloth, using a circular motion. Allow film to dry to a haze and buff with a clean cloth. Turn cloth frequently for good buffing. |
