In Part B, disperse the Carbopol 934 in water and when completely dissolved, add the triethanolamine. Then add the morpholine. Add Part A to Part B with rapid high-shear agitation until a uniform mixture is obtained. Add Part C slowly and continue agitation until a uniform blend is obtained.
Application: Apply a thin, even coat with a damp cloth, using a circular motion. Allow film to dry to a haze and buff with a clean cloth. Turn cloth frequently for good buffing. |
