| 配制方法： |
Melt wax, add oleic acid, and then add morpholine---87-93 C (189-199 F). Then add preheated water, mix and cool quickly. Disperse Carbopol 934 in water. When completely dissolved, add triethanolamine. Then add the wax emulsion and morpholine. Add Part A to Part B with highspeed agitation. Add Part C. Continue high-speed agitation or mill to a stable emulsion. Add Part D slowly with good agitation. Adjust to pH 9.0 if necessary with ammonium hydroxide.
Application: Apply a thin even coat with a damp cloth using circular motion. Allow the film to dry thoroughly. A little extra time will assure good detergent resistance. Buff with a clean dry cloth turning the cloth frequently to insure maximum ease of buffing. |
