1. Preparation of 20% Petrolite C-36 Wax Emulsion

| 配制方法： |
a) Melt the wax and with mild stirring, bring the temperature to 210F.
b) Add the oleic acid with stirring and when thoroughly mixed, add the morpholine.
c) Add the water, preheated to 210F, slowly to the wax/soap mixture maintaining the temperature at 200-210F until all the water has been added.
d) Continue stirring until the temperature reaches 110F. Then cool to room temperature.
2. Blend Part A and Part B components separately.
3. Add Part A slowly to Part B with mild agitation. Continue agitation until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Note: Distilled or demineralized water is preferable. |
