In B, disperse the "Carbopol 934" in water and when completely dissolved, add the triethanolamine. Then add the morpholine. Add A to B with rapid high shear agitation until a uniform mixture is obtained. Add C slowly and continue agitation until a uniform blend is obtained.
To package as a foam type aerosol: Check the viscosity of the material with a "Brookfield" viscometer, model "RVF-7", spindle No.4, for 15 seconds at 20 rpm. The viscosity should be between 3400 and 4000 cps at 25C. Aerosol loading: Concentrate., 94.5 parts by weight; isobutane, 5.5 parts by weight. |
