Disperse "Carbopol" 934 in water and, when completely dissolved, add triethanolamine; then add the wax emulsion and morpholine. Add A to B with high speed agitation. Add C; continue high speed agitation or mill to a stable emulsion. Neutralize the abrasive in D to pH 7.0; add this slurry to ABC. Adjust to pH 9.0 if necessary with additional NH4OH.
Application: Apply a thin even coat with a damp cloth using circular motion. Allow the film to dry thoroughly. A little extra time will assure good detergent resistance. Buff with a clean dry cloth turning the cloth frequently to insure maximum ease of buffing. |
