| 配制方法： |
Prepare Part B by dispersing the "Carbopol" resin in the water and neutralize with triethanolamine. Add the abrasives. Prepare Part B by dissolving the silicone oil and oleic acid in the mineral spirits. Add Part A to Part B with high shear agitation.
Note: The polish is light brown in color and of lotion consistency.
Waxes such as carnauba and polyethylene can be used at 2% by weight.
Increase the silicone oil to 6% to improve rub-out of the waxes. Use "Carbopol" 941 resin for maximum stability at low viscosities.
A paste emulsion can be formed by increasing the level of "Carbopol" resin and proportionately the triethanolamine. |
