Anhydrous Glaubers salt/5-10.0%
"RETARGAL" ACY/3.0% |

Run 5 minutes at 170F. (if hot water is not available, chemicals may be added between 100-170F. and goods wet-out during heat-up period). Add properly dissolved cationic dyes over 10 minutes. Raise to 212F. or 225F. (depending on equipment) at 2 to 3F./minute. Run 45 to 60 minutes at 212F. or 225F. and sample. When dye additions are required, cool to 170F., add properly dissolved dyes over 5 minutes, raise to 212F. or 225F. at 2-3F./minute. Run 15 minutes and sample.
Cool and rinse.
Note: In piece goods applications where the proper foam level is required to balloon the fabric, 1-2% "Sandozin" D-100 or similar type material may be used. |
