"Cellosize" QP 4400 (4% solution)/17.3
Ammonium sulfamate (60% solution)/37.0
"Rhoplex" TR-520/44.5 |

Additions should be made in the indicated order. The ammonium sulfamate solution in particular should be added carefully in small increments. At this high level of salt, "Cellosize" QP-4400 has been found to be the preferred thickener. Final pH of the composition is 8.5 and the initial viscosity is 3310 cps. (Brookfield LVF Viscometer #2 spindle, 30 rpm.) |
