Completely dissolve solution resin in a combination of Isophorone, DIBK, and Solvesso 150 under high shear agitation. Dispersion resin is dispersed in plasticizers and diluted with Mineral Spirits. The solution resin is then added to the dispersion resin or the dispersion resin may be added to the dissolved solution resin, whichever is preferred. Do not add Exon 400 XR-77 powder to the plastisol as this will cause gelation.
Improvements in heat stability develop with increasing concentration of the Expoxol 9-5. |
