Disperse first two ingredients into water at 70 C. Adjust pH to 4.0.
Slowly add Lexamine 0-13, maintaining the pH at 4.0. Add remaining ingredients, cool and fill.
Note: The viscosity can be increased by adding sodium chloride to the formula.
Physical Properties: pH---4.0 Visc. (@ 24 C)---200 cps Foam Height (initial)---400 ml Foam Height (5 min)---380 ml Foam Characteristics---Medium and small size bubbles. Thick.
Stability After 1 Month---Stable at room temperature, at 45 C and passes 3 freeze/thaw cycles |
