| 配制方法： |
Prepare Part A by metering water into compounding vessel, adding aloe vera and mixing. Then add Veegum (Part B) and mix until dissolved.
Begin heating to 80 C. Prepare Part C in a separate vessel by heating propylene glycol to 80 C. Then add parabens and mix until dissolved.
When dissolved, add Part C to water phase (Part A). Water temperature must be above 60 C. When batch reaches 60 C, add Parts E, F, and G, mixing well between additions. (Allow 5 min between each.) Add color (Part H) to batch. Add cocamidopropyl Betaine (Part I) to batch. When batch is below 45 C, add Part J (dissolved Dowicil 20 antimicrobial).
Slowly sprinkle in polyethylene beads and mix into batch. |
