Meter water into main vessel and add other Part A ingredients. Mix until dissolved. Add Methocel polymer (Part B) and mix until completely dissolved. Methocel will dissolve quickly because the water phase is alkaline. Add glycerin (Part C). Add TEA lauryl sulfate (Part D). In a separate vessel, combine Part E ingredients. Heat to 40 C and mix thoroughly. Then add to batch. In a separate vessel, combine Part F ingredients. Heat to 40 C and mix thoroughly. Then add to batch. The final pH of the solution can be adjusted, if desired, with citric acid. |
