Charge materials to tank in order shown. Add at low speed. Maintain grind paste temperature below 130F. Shift to high speed, add, grind for 15-20 min. Premix "Zanflo" with hexylene glycol and add to batch slowly at high speed. Grind at high speed for 30 min or to a 7 Hegman Grind. Drop grind paste into this letdown portion, mix at slow speed.
Mix well before continuing. Adjust viscosity. |
