Rub in the base coat fot the top grain coating with a plush pad and dry the finish in an oven for 30 min at 66 C (150 F). Apply the second coat with a plush pad and dry under the same conditions.
Plate the samples at 88 C (190 F) between preheated ferro plates. Warm the press for 30 s then press for 10 s at. 89 MPa (130 psi). |
