butyl "Cellosolve" acetate was added as 50% emulsion in water.
A board surface temperature of 71-83 C (160-180 F) should be achieved.

Add the ingredients in order shown under moderate agitation. Add citric acid catalyst just prior to use. If an increase in viscosity is desired "Cellosize" QP-90 should be mixed with part of the butyl "Cellosolve" at about a 20% level prior to addition to the formulation.
Cure a 2-mil wet coating by achieving a board surface temperature of 130-140 C (265-285 F). |
